The Shining 3D EinScan Medixa is a wireless all-in-one 3D scanner developed specifically for orthotic and prosthetic applications. Its standalone design lets you scan, process and export without an external computer, delivering a fast, efficient workflow in clinics and hospitals.
The scanner combines white light and infrared illumination for comfortable, contact-free scans with high accuracy. Pre-set scan profiles for head, torso, limbs, feet and more simplify the scanning process and save valuable time. Thanks to movement compensation, scans stay accurate even when the patient moves slightly.
With support for STL, OBJ and PLY files, the EinScan Medixa integrates easily into existing CAD/CAM and orthopaedic workflows. The integrated 5 MP texture camera captures detailed surfaces for perfectly fitting orthotic and prosthetic solutions.
